Benjamin attended St. Thomas University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts (Honours). While at STU, Ben was the recipient of numerous awards for leadership and academic merit, including the prestigious Tom McCann Memorial Trophy. Ben went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick, where he served as President of the Law Students’ Society in his final year.

Ben was admitted to the New Brunswick Bar in June 2019. Ben comes from an insurance law background, and his excellent communication skills, eye for detail, and enthusiasm complement his passion for advocacy. Outside of the office, Ben enjoys volunteering, and presently shares his skill-set with the Canadian Women’s Foundation by sitting on their Healthy Teen Relationships Grants Board; this Board works to eradicate gender-based violence through education and partnership with NGOs across Canada.

Ben prides himself on being personable and approachable, and values the relationships he builds with the clients of Fawcett Cutler.
